В обзоре, включающем анализ достижений озонотерапии за последние два десятилетия, рассмотрено современнее состояние и применимость метода в ревматологии, неврологии, нейрохирургии и ортопедии. Рассмотрены возможности использования медицинского озона при тендопатиях, остеоартритах и т. д. Отдельное внимание уделено озонотерапии неврологической патологии (в частности, туннельным синдромам), заболеваний позвоночника. Обсуждаются способы введения озона и оптимальные его дозы. Кратко рассмотрены противопоказания к озонотерапии для контингента пациентов с неревматичекой патологией опорно-двигательного аппарата.
